Absolutely loved the generous breakfast selection. and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The pool area was a perfect escape from the heat, and the location made it easy to explore the city. They even have bicycles for rent!

The staff at Mora Boutique Hotel, Sha Extra Plus were exceptional, attending to my needs promptly and offering great advice on local attractions. The breakfast was truly delightful, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from every morning.

Lack of stairs or grips for entering the pool made it less inclusive for all guests. Insufficient hanging rails and awkwardly designed bedside table lamps detracted from the room's functionality.

Flood concerns slightly overshadowed an otherwise perfect stay with great amenities and cleanliness.

The spacious family suite provided a comforting retreat, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Breakfast included a delightful range of both local and international dishes, satisfying every taste bud. The outdoor pool was a perfect way to unwind, but access could be challenging due to the lack of handicapped-friendly features. Additionally, parking was inconvenient, necessitating off-site options, and the reception could improve its efficiency during peak hours.

I loved lounging by the relaxing pool and treating myself to a fantastic Thai massage at the spa. The family suite was spacious and really comfy. The bathroom was beautiful and spotless. Just a heads up, there's no smoking allowed inside, but there's a nice area outside if you need it. 🌴

Our stay was quite cozy, but be aware that the fridge struggles if the a/c is running. The city’s pollution in April was overwhelming, making restaurant trips a sweaty trek. Consider using a taxi instead of hotel arrangements to avoid being overcharged. Overall, a decent experience!

The hotel is immaculate, smelling pleasant throughout, which makes for a refreshing experience. Staff members are exceptional, demonstrating remarkable attentiveness, especially during the flooding situation we encountered. The pool view from our room was relaxing and it provided a lovely backdrop for our stay.

The parking arrangement was somewhat inconvenient, requiring off-site options.
